What we do
Three sequential phases. On our own projects we run all three. For investors, offtakers and asset owners we plug in where the experience helps.
Phase 01
From a piece of land or an offtaker to a permittable, financeable project.
Industrial sites, agricultural land or rooftops suitable for mid-market PV. Urban, landscape and grid checks.
Surface rights or leases that hold up beyond the incentive period. No generic templates copied from the internet.
Yield assessment, realistic capex, capture ratio and cannibalisation haircut. The model has to hold up to a real credit committee.
PAS, AU, EIA where required. Document preparation, dealing with authorities, managing timelines.
Connection request, minimum technical solution, agreement with Terna or DSO. Confirm node capacity before committing.
Phase 02
From ready-to-build to grid connection. Time, cost and quality kept in line.
Layout, electrical and civil design, BOQ. We work with a partner studio used to utility-scale PV.
Module, inverter and BOS selection. Negotiation on price, warranties and delivery.
General contractor agreement, site supervision, milestone tracking. Penalties and milestones that are actually enforceable.
Electrical tests, functional checks, certifications.
Plant qualification, GAUDÌ registration, incentive activation where applicable.
Phase 03
Plant producing, energy sold, SPV managed. Value gets captured here, or left on the table.
Bilateral PPAs, spot/forward market, CER configurations. The right answer depends on site profile, offtaker and market conditions.
Statute, distribution rules, monitoring. Run through CER-Ops, our operating stack.
Managing the O&M provider, reading monitoring data, checking availability and PR against contractual KPIs.
Accounting, tax, investor reporting. No year-end surprises.
After 10-15 years the site is revisited: module swap, capacity increase, PPA extension.
