Phase 02
Execution
A plant is not just engineering — it is a web of contracts, approvals and construction realities. We integrate them so the project actually gets built on the terms that were agreed.
Project & construction management
Owner-side PM for renewable generation and storage — schedule, budget, risk, contract coordination.
Procurement coordination
Supply chain qualification, RFQ structuring, bid evaluation and contract negotiation for modules, inverters, BESS and BoS.
Technical due diligence
End-to-end technical review for acquirers, lenders and developers. Integrated — not siloed — across engineering, contracts and data.
EPC contract advisory
