CER-Ops. The operating system for Italian CER.
CER-Ops is Altheon's second platform product. It manages the day-to-day operations of a Comunità Energetica Rinnovabili — from measurement data ingestion through TIAD calculation, incentive distribution and monthly statements to each member. Built for the third-party operators who actually run CERs.

The problem
Running a CER is operationally harder than getting it approved.
Once the GSE authorization is in hand, the real work starts. Every month the operator has to ingest measurement data, flag anomalies, compute the shared energy per hour against the primary cabin constraint, apply the TIAD incentive formula, distribute the incentive across members under the statute's rules, and issue a clean statement to each one.
Today that work lives in spreadsheets. Spreadsheets do not scale, do not audit, and do not survive personnel changes. The third CER is where the fracture becomes visible.
CER-Ops is the operating stack this market never got.
The MVP loop
From raw measurement data to a member's PDF, in one cycle.
CER-Ops ships its first version focused end-to-end on the monthly operating cycle of a single community. No feature bloat, no half-finished auxiliary modules.
Ingest measurement data
Monthly CSV / Excel upload of hourly meter readings. Automatic validation — missing PODs, measurement gaps, outliers — before anything touches the engine.
Anagrafica CER
Members, PODs, distribution shares, plant capacities. Everything the TIAD engine needs to reconcile, in a single auditable model.
Shared energy + TIAD
Hourly shared-energy calculation against the primary-cabin constraint, then the TIAD incentive and valorization corrispettivi — an isolated, tested engine, not a black box.
Incentive distribution
Two distribution schemes out of the box: pro-quota (fixed percentages) and proportional to consumer shared-energy. Extensible for bespoke statutes.
Member statements (PDF)
One clean monthly PDF per member. Altheon-branded, auditable, auto-generated — not assembled manually in Word.
Operator dashboard
Production, consumption, shared energy, virtual self-consumption, incentive allocated — all in one operator view, refreshed every cycle.
