CER-Ops runs the monthly cycle of a Comunità Energetica: meter data ingestion, shared-energy calculation, TIP, member distribution, PDF statements. Live at cerops.altheon.it. We use it on the CER we run; other Italian referents use it too.
Status
The problem
After GSE authorisation the real work starts. Every month: ingest readings, compute hourly shared energy within the primary-substation (cabina primaria) perimeter, apply TIP, distribute the incentive per the statute, issue one statement per member.
Most CERs do this in Excel. It doesn't scale, doesn't audit, and doesn't survive a staff change. By the third CER the problem is obvious.
CER-Ops is the operating stack built on that cycle: the referent's monthly work, made repeatable and auditable.
The cycle
End-to-end on the monthly cycle. No decorative modules: does exactly what the referent has to do every month.
Monthly CSV/Excel upload of hourly readings. Automatic validation on missing PODs, measurement gaps and outliers before the engine runs.
Members, PODs, distribution shares, plant capacities. One auditable model.
Hourly calculation within the primary-substation perimeter, TIP and the valorisation components. Isolated, tested engine, not a black box.
Two schemes out of the box: pro-quota and proportional to consumer shared-energy. Extensible to custom statutes.
One monthly PDF per member, ready for the accountant. Branded, auditable, auto-generated.
