Altheon is a boutique advisory firm registered in Italy. We exist because the Italian renewable energy market needs counterparties that operate with the rigor of infrastructure finance, the tempo of construction, and the honesty of a long-term partner. The market has plenty of sales motion. It is shorter on accountable judgment.

What we are building.
Altheon's mission is to be the most trusted advisory partner for the Italian renewable energy transition — and to use that position to build the technology layer that the market is missing.
The advisory business is the present. It is what pays for and validates everything else. The technology programme — starting with AIP Engine — is the long game. Both are built around the same conviction: infrastructure capital deserves better instruments than it currently has, and they will be built by operators, not by software vendors.

Michele Pravadelli.
Michele is the founder, sole administrator and 100% owner of Altheon. He is the single point of accountability on every engagement.
He has worked across the Italian renewable energy sector as a developer, advisor and operator — from early-stage feasibility to institutional M&A due diligence — before founding Altheon in 2025 to bring that work under one roof, and to build the proprietary technology the market needs next.
Altheon's operating model is a deliberate design choice. Rather than scaling with a traditional employee base, Michele works with a curated network of specialist partners — engineers, lawyers, financiers, constructors, software specialists — each selected for a specific class of work. Every engagement is assembled around the problem, and every engagement is backed by a single accountable owner.

Altheon does not pretend to be a fifty-person consultancy. We work as an accountable principal backed by a deliberate, pre-existing network of third-party specialists across the value chain — engineering, legal, finance, EPC, O&M, software — who we have worked with on real projects and can bring in on merit.
This model is faster than a firm and deeper than a freelancer. The client gets a single owner for the engagement, specialist coverage where the problem actually sits, and no dead weight in between.

Rigor
Operator-grade analysis. No decorative slideware, no flattering numbers. If a plan cannot survive a credit committee, we rework it.
Accountability
A single principal is responsible for every engagement — start to finish. Specialist partners are brought in on merit, not to pad a pitch page.

Where data and process standardization is missing, we build it. AIP Engine is the first visible output of that programme.
Long horizons
Renewable assets outlive their incentive regimes, sometimes by decades. We write plans that still make sense in year fifteen.

Strategic, technical, financial and project/construction management advisory — for renewable energy, energy efficiency and territorial sustainability. We work from early feasibility all the way to operating governance. The common thread is that the engagement is consequential enough to deserve a single accountable principal, and broad enough to benefit from our partner network.
Our market specialization is the Italian renewable energy market — that's where the regulatory, contractual and operational knowledge compounds most. That said, a meaningful share of our work is on Italian assets owned or financed from outside Italy, which is why this website is also in English. We will happily work in English, Italian, or (where our partners cover it) other European languages.
The principal — Michele — owns every engagement from start to finish. Specialist partners (engineering studios, legal counsel, O&M providers, financial advisors, software specialists) are brought in on merit, per engagement, from a curated network we've built over years of real projects. You get one contact, one accountable owner, and specialist depth where the problem actually sits.
Both products are in active build. AIP Engine is already operational on an early-access basis through direct engagements with investors and asset managers. CER-Ops is being built for a June 2026 go-to-market, with a first cohort of third-party CER operators being assembled now. If either fits your timeline, the right move is a short briefing.
