Status
The problem
Every acquisition starts from the same point: dozens of PDFs, spreadsheets and scans, organised on the seller's terms. Nothing directly diligenceable.
Structuring is redone every time. DD memos close as narrative PDFs; the underlying data does not survive past closing. Two months later, the same work on another deal.
Infrastructure capital does not have a data problem. It has a shape problem.
How it works
AIP Engine produces a DDS: structured output against a defined schema of the objects that matter in a PV project — permits, contracts, production data, counterparties.
PDFs, Excel, images, scans. OCR on non-digital documents. One pass on the whole data room.
AI document classification into the schema, field-level extraction with confidence scores and links back to the source PDF.
Cross-document reconciliation and analyst UI — confirm, correct or override before sign-off.
