Intellectual property. All content on this site — including text, images, logos, code, and the AIP Engine and CER-Ops product names — is owned by Altheon S.R.L.S. or its licensors. User conduct. You agree not to misuse the site, including (without limitation): submitting false or misleading information through the forms, attempting to interfere with its operation, or scraping content in a way that imposes an unreasonable load.

Forms and communications. Any information you submit through the forms is treated as described in our Privacy Policy. Submissions do not create a contractual or fiduciary relationship with Altheon.

Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Verona have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions where applicable.
