Altheon is lean by design. On every project we activate the partners we need: engineering, legal, construction (EPC), operation and maintenance (O&M), finance, software. If you run an established practice in Italian solar, you can apply to join the network.
The model
Partners by discipline, chosen project by project.
Altheon coordinates, structures and supports. Execution work is carried out by specialist partners, brought in by discipline when the project needs them.

On every project we bring in only the partners it needs, discipline by discipline.
One point of contact
For the client there is a single point of contact. Each partner works within its own discipline.
Who executes
Altheon does not build plants with its own means: construction, operation and maintenance are entrusted to specialised firms.

Engineering
Licensed firms for solar PV design, permitting filings, site supervision, grid studies.
Legal
Energy, administrative and corporate law. Hands-on experience with EPC contracts, power purchase agreements (PPAs) and statutes of renewable energy communities (CER, comunità energetiche rinnovabili).
Finance
Project finance, tax, M&A on renewable assets.
EPC and construction
EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contractors with documented experience on utility-scale solar, battery storage (BESS) and industrial installations.
Operations and maintenance (O&M)
O&M providers with verifiable service levels (SLAs) and monitoring capability. Benchmarking data welcome.
Software and data
Software development, data engineering, machine learning. Especially people who have worked on energy monitoring or automated document processing (NLP).

Application
In the form, give your discipline and present your practice: recent work, sectors covered, the kind of engagements you would like to join. We send a confirmation by email, with the reference of your application.
Review
Applications are usually reviewed once a week, so a reply may take a few days.
