Altheon S.R.L.S.
Engineering the energy transition — one project, one decision at a time.
Altheon is an Italian advisory firm for renewable energy, energy efficiency and territorial sustainability. We operate where the decisions are hardest: bankability, construction, regulation, commercialization. A single accountable principal. A vetted network of specialists. Proprietary technology where standardization is overdue.
Capabilities
Three phases. One accountable principal.

Proprietary technology
AIP Engine. Structured due diligence on infrastructure project data.
Most project data packages arrive as unorganized PDFs, spreadsheets and photos. AIP Engine turns that raw material into a Dossier Digitale Strutturato (DDS) — a standardized, machine-readable view investors, lenders and asset managers can actually diligence against.
AIP Engine is Altheon's first platform product. Our statutory scope explicitly covers the development and licensing of digital platforms for monitoring, incentive allocation and governance — this is where that work begins.
Ingest anything
PDFs, Excel, images, scans. Multi-document packages handled in one pass.
Extract with confidence
AI-assisted data extraction with per-field source links and confidence scoring.
Output as a standard
A structured Dossier (DDS) — machine-readable, comparable across projects, exportable to PDF or JSON.
Sectors
Built for institutional counterparties.
We work alongside the organizations that actually build, own, finance and govern the energy transition. The advisory is calibrated to each — not templated.
ESCOs
White-label advisory, bid support, and platform enablement for Energy Service Companies scaling their CER and efficiency portfolios.
Public Bodies
CER design and governance for municipalities and local authorities. Tender support, stakeholder engagement, and compliance.
Asset Owners
Portfolio advisory, technical due diligence, and commercialization of excess energy — PPAs, bilateral contracts, marketplaces.
Investors
Acquisition-side diligence and bankability reviews for institutional capital entering the Italian renewables market.
Selected engagements
Representative work.
Anonymized summaries of recent engagements. We are deliberate about what we publish — the work matters more than the marketing.
