Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Altheon S.R.L.S. (“Altheon”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data collected through this website in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian law.

Controller. The data controller is Altheon S.R.L.S., registered office at Via Gioachino Rossini 109, 37045 Legnago (VR), Italy, VAT 05142670230, PEC altheon@pec.it. Michele Pravadelli, sole administrator, is the designated point of contact for data-protection inquiries.

Data we collect. When you contact us through the forms on this site we collect the personal data you provide (name, work email, organization, role, country, message content, and — where applicable — website URL). When you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your email address. Server logs may capture truncated request metadata (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

Purposes and legal basis. We process this data to respond to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures), to manage the newsletter subscription (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent), and to protect the site from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). We do not use the data for profiling or automated decision-making.

Retention. Inquiry data is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and for the statute-of-limitations period under Italian civil law. Newsletter subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are rotated at short intervals.

Recipients. We use a small number of processors to operate the site and dispatch email (e.g., a transactional email provider). Processors act under written agreements that restrict the use of the data to the services we contract for. We do not sell or rent personal data.

International transfers. Where processors operate outside the EEA, transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, supplementary measures.

Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw any consent at any time. Requests can be directed to hello@altheon.it or to the PEC address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.

Updates. We may update this policy to reflect changes in our processing or in applicable law. Material changes will be communicated on this page with an updated effective date.
